MAT Research Methodology

Below is a description of the MAT research methodology from an academic perspective. If you would like to read what Preciada Azancot has to say about her own research methodology, please, click here.

MAT Research Methodology

Basis of the research:

MAT’s research methodology contains components of both the inductive method and deductive method.

The inductive method, inherent to the empirical process, is based on the observation and experimentation of reality on the basis of which a general rule is obtained, which is valid also for unobserved cases. It is a method that departs from the specific and leads to the general.

Once a law or principle has been discovered on the basis of observation, the induction principle makes it possible to move on from some cases to all, given that we understand the uniformity of nature – given that nothing in nature cannot not have happened – and its obedience of the laws.

It is based on two postulates:

  • The order or nature is constant, implying that there is no exception to its laws.
  • The order of nature is universal, in other words, all its phenomena are governed by laws.

Meanwhile, the deductive method departs from generalisations and moves towards the specific: from the theory to the data. The starting point is an analytical process which builds a general law on the grounds of reason, from which conclusions are extracted and applied to reality.

The currently known parameters of scientific investigation could be likened to the deductive empiricism developed by Newton in his research, the main stages of which are:

  • The observation of reality.
  • Mathematical deduction.
  • Verification in practice.
  • Repetition of the process.

Deductive empiricism announces that by analysis we can move from the consequences to their causes, among which from the particular ones to more general ones, until we discover the general cause of the researched phenomena.

In MAT’s research methodology, there is no initial hypothesis; instead there is an existential question or “detected problem”, which could be defined as: Incoherence of human behaviour with its indispensable innate emotional structure.

MAT research methodology in six stages

1st stage. Safety:

  • Study of the external structures of functioning that govern human social and organisational behaviour.
    • International Law.
    • Organisational and Method Engineering.
  • Study of the human being’s process of internal functioning
    • Transactional Analysis / Psychology.
    • Jungian Therapy, Gestalt, Bioenergetics.
  • Creation and performance of the profession Agent for Change in Organisational Strategic Planning: Observation of Results considered “unheard of” by the best consultants in the field of activity of MAT’s creator. As a result her important status was recognised as the “ICU of strategic planning consulting.”

2nd stage. Development of the Research:

  • Introspective observation and study: Search for the reason for the success. What was done and how it was done.
    • 1st discovery: intuitive mastery of 7 complete languages adapted to the other person.
    • 2nd discovery: Differential physical and emotional characteristics of the 7 types of detected families.
    • 3rd discovery: Universal seven-dimensional human structure.
    • 4th discovery: Emotional and sensory engineering of said human structure.
    • 5th discovery: typological equation of each of the seven universal personality typologies.
    • 6th discovery: Existence of mega-structures, the Omega Sequence and the Three Axes.
    • 7th discovery: These discoveries apply not only to the human condition but also to human creations, such as companies.
  • Verification in practice:
    • Effects:
    • Precise communication depending on the type of person.
    • Creation of a safe space for the development and fostering of each individual’s differential talent and vocation.
    • Conflict dissolution.
    • Positioning of Key Talents in strategic places of the organisation based on their differential talent and vocation.
    • Business and organisational success.
  • Group study and observation. Verification of the discoveries. Why do they work?
    • Experimental model:
      • 2,000 individuals.
      • Divided into 7 sub-groups.
      • Blind study. No individual is aware of their typology or of the discoveries.
      • Observation of each typology and their differential patterns of behaviour.
      • Coaches and mentors of the same typology who verify the results encountered previously and confirm their accuracy.
      • Measurement of the progress of development.
    • Results:
      • Confirmation of the personal typological equation:  Inflated emotion, disconnected emotion and prohibited emotion.
      • Discovery of the two basic typological existential beliefs in each group.
      • Typological existential dramas.
      • Confirmation of the universality, and measurable and transmissible nature of the discoveries.
      • List of the Laws of the Metamodel of Analysis that Transforms.

3rd stage. Social and individual justice:

  • Creation of a new MAT personal, organisational and social culture.
    • Confrontation with clichés and false and outdated values.
    • Revelation of political, ideological and cultural manipulations (and unanimous rejection of such values).
    • Formulation of the inversions and gratuitous accusations that invert the true Order of what is human through the selective negation of Natural Law verified in each typology.
    • Access to new values (unanimously and without any violence whatsoever).
    • Systemisation of the MAT style of communication and leadership
      • Management of a new personal, organisational and social culture based on the differential talent and vocation of the person, organisation or social body under study and transformation.
  • Practical verification:
    • Extended experimental model:
      • 2,500 individuals
      • Application of a new organisational culture.
      • Result: New business and organisational success.
    • Repetition of the experimental model up to 60,000 individuals
    • Results:
      • Confirmation without any error of the enunciated laws.
  • Intellectual property registration and publication of the first 4 treatises on the Metamodel of Analysis that Transforms. Click here to view the intellectual property registrations.

4th stage. MAT differential status:

  • Discovery of new mega-structures.
  • Study and observation of emotional patterns of behaviour in high-risk diseases.
    • Hospital de la Princesa, Madrid.
    • Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, Endocrinology and Lung Services.
    • Experimented on 900 patients with a confirmed clinical diagnosis.
    • Results:
    • Discovery of patterns of dysfunctional emotional behaviour that act as high risk factors in each type of analysed disease.
    • Somatisation of the emotional dysfunction:
      • Emotional equation = Lethal formula
    • Discovery of emotional interaction with the neuroendocrine system:
      • Inflation or deflation in the operation of certain organs
      • Cause of typological differential features
  • Definition of MAT therapy as an adjuvant to pharmacological treatment.
  • Results validated by the heads of the Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology and Lung Services of the Hospital de La Princesa, Madrid.
  • Publication: “Librarse de las enfermedades y de paso aterrizar en la sensatez” (Freeing ourselves of disease while gaining in common sense)
  • Official external communication: In May 2010, Preciada Azancot (invited as the sole guest speaker at this official event) gave a conference to various specialists in Zaragoza (attended by more than 180 doctors, invited by the President of the Illustrious Medical College of Zaragoza and by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Zaragoza, organised by the biomedical firm Pfizer) as part of a training program aimed at applying MAT therapy in prevention and as a complementary treatment. The unanimous opinion of the participating doctors was to “invite MAT to be considered a new paradigm in medicine”.

5th stage. Belonging:

  • Creation of the MAT Metamethodology of Innovation and Creation.
  • Verification in practice:
    • Influence in the creation of the Innovation Park of Services for People, of the La Salle University Advanced Studies Centre in Madrid.
  • Publication: MAT Metamethodology of Innovation and Creation.
  • Verification in practice:
    • Repetition of the experimental model until reaching 120,000 individuals
    • Results:
    • Confirmation without error of the enunciated laws.
    • Confirmation that all discovered mega-structures are available in every human being.
  • Publication of the full body of work and reediting of the first texts.

6th stage. Plenitude:

  • Personal rediscovery and in-depth study of the discoveries made and the creations and research they have fostered. Preparation of three books to reflect the full trajectory of research, personal growth and formulations of MAT, as a legacy for posterity.
